About Me
Welcome to Vessel with the Pestle! I am a Pharmacist by day, avid Foodie by night – and a gluten-free, dairy-free one at that. I was diagnosed coeliac and lactose intolerant about a year ago, and so have had to adapt my eating habits quite a bit. I live in the hipster centre of Sydney – Surry Hills – full of great restaurants and food stores, with Superman – the reluctant foodie.
About the Website
All of the recipes you find here will be easily adaptable for gluten freesters and will mostly be low lactose.All of the restaurants that I review have been visited at least 3 times, budget permitting.
